Booking Policy

Thank you for trusting me with your business.

I fully understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are unavoidable and necessary, however, when you miss an appointment, I not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled services for the same time. Whenever possible, I request 48 hours notice for any cancelations or alteration to your scheduled appointment.

For any changes in appointments, please notify us by phone call, voicemail or text.

Please be aware: If you are running 15 minutes behind or later for your appointment we may not be able to honor your appointment.

If for any reason your service provider is running late, they will communicate with you giving you the option to reschedule.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE MAY RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND ALL “NO SHOWS” MAY BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.


Please understand; it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent a cancellation fee. While we do offer reminder texts as a courtesy not receiving said text is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment.


If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment with no penalty.

By scheduling your appointment on line, it is recognition that you have read and understood the cancellation policy and agree to abide by the above conditions.
