Booking Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable. Outside of illness or true emergencies, if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, I ask for at least 72 hours notice. This allows me to honor my time, your time, and the guests on my waitlist who are hoping for that “last minute” opening.

When an appointment is canceled or services are reduced without enough notice for me to offer that time to another guest, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.

Appointments that are missed without notice disrupt the flow of care for everyone. For this reason, guests who do not show up for their appointment will be respectfully declined for future booking.

 

Please be aware: If you are running 15 minutes behind or later for your appointment we may not be able to honor your appointment.

We do offer reminder texts as a courtesy however, not receiving said text is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. Please understand; it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent a cancellation fee.

 

If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your existing appointment with no penalty.
